Tiene un color marr\u00f3n oscuro, olor y sabor persistente, con toques de madera, donde destacan marcadas notas amargas finales que la dotan de singularidad. Es una miel de verano, id\u00f3nea para combinar con carnes, as\u00ed como amasar gofio y en postres. Su zona de producci\u00f3n es en median\u00edas del norte de Tenerife.<\/p><p align=\"justify\">Es una miel de gran personalidad, generalmente fluida. Tiene un color muy oscuro, y presenta un aroma y sabor muy intensos y caracter\u00edsticos, con toques de madera, recio donde destacan marcadas notas amargas que le dotan de singularidad.<\/p><h3 align=\"justify\"><strong>Color (pfund y color descrito)<\/strong><\/h3><p align=\"justify\">\u2265 90 mm en la escala Pfund.
