Dejar que reduzca hasta punto de hebra fuerte. Retirar la canela y la piel de lim\u00f3n. A\u00f1adir las almendras picadas. Dejar durante 25 minutos. Apartar del fuego y una vez fr\u00edo echar las yemas. Volver al fuego durante 5 minutos. Apartar y disponer en una fuente para que se enfr\u00ede. Con miel, se ha de diluir la miel en un cazo y seguir el resto de instrucciones.
