Bizcocho: Batir el huevo con az\u00facar 10 minutos, fuera de la batidora, a\u00f1adir la harina y mezclar con cuidado y verterlo en un molde de porcelana engrasado. Cocer en el microondas 30 segundos al 100%. 2. Calentar la miel en el microondas y deshacer en ella la gelatina previamente remojada y escurrida, montar las yemas hasta que doblen su volumen e incorporar la miel con la gelatina. 3. Montar la nata y mezclarla con la crema de miel con movimientos envolventes para que no se baje y verter en el molde sobre el bizcocho.
